Registration and legal compliance

We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and they undertake regular inspections to ensure that we are meeting regulations and standards appropriate to our work. The Care Quality Commission will also as part of their inspection routines, discuss our services directly with a sample of our client, forming an opinion on the quality and appropriateness of the care being delivered. These inspections result in a rating for the Company.
